Chapter 01 Final Boss

Greed's regular attack patterns consists of:

  1. Ground Spikes: Vertical Spikes emerge from the ground across the entire room if the player is close to Greed, healing him for 8% HP when the player is hit.
  2. Fireball Rain: Greed flies into the air and drops fireballs if the player is too far from him.
  3. Homing Fireballs: Greed floats away and spawns fireballs that home towards the player.
  4. Hammer and Swing: Greed strikes his staff to the ground before swinging it.
  5. Baseballer: Greed swings his staff, sending the player flying across the room when hit and stuns the player.
  6. Explosive Barrage: Drops explosive flasks around the room except a designated spot. After the flasks have been dropped, the designated spot explodes.

At his 20% HP Marker, Greed will perform "Dark Arrival". During this phase, the entire room will turn dark and the player has to light 4 totems by hitting them repeatedly. The Death Stigma (Cursed Artifact) can be unlocked if the player dies during this phase.

Fun Fact

Greed's (CH01 Final Boss) Magic Circle has a hidden joke in its design. By extracting the glyphs from the Magic Circle and grouping them, we can spell out "오늘 점심은 KFC다", which translates to "Today's lunch is KFC".
